Does Deep Champagne ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide and we have free shipping.

How long does it take to deliver the products?

Deliveries are made between 2 to 5 business days and are sent by Registered Mail via CTT. When the order is placed, the customer can ask for the tracking number.

How do I know my size?

In the description of each product you will find a size guide so you can see which size is best for you through measurements. If you still have questions, you can always send us an email or an Instagram message and we'll be happy to help.

Can I buy top and bottom in different sizes?

We do not sell separate sizes. We believe that our models are very adjustable, but that's a thing that we will do soon.

Can I change or return my product?

We do not make returns. If you want to exchange a product, the exchange must be made within 5 days of purchase. The value of shipping costs to exchange the product will be the customer's responsibility. We only accept exchanges if the product is in perfect condition. Please see our refund policy for more information.

Is it safe to place an order on your website?

Yes, it is 100% safe to buy on our website. All payments are made through Paypal and Stripe platforms, we do not have access to your bank details, all transitions are secure.

What happens if I put the wrong address?

We are not responsible if you make a mistake at the address, if you make a mistake, let us know as soon as you make the purchase.
